Online Theory Day
Opens the moment you book. Created by our training team, it covers how the ear works, assessing the ear, safe treatment, and patients and aftercare.
✓Short videos, written lessons and a multiple-choice quiz in every module
✓About 7 hours in total, at your own pace. We suggest about an hour a day over a week
✓17 modules in 4 parts, then a final theory assessment
✓Compulsory: you must pass, and our clinical team reviews and signs off your results before your practical day

Practical training day
One focused day at a premium Sheffield hotel venue. Your theory is done and signed off before you arrive, so the day is spent hands-on with real equipment and expert trainers.

Certificate and support
Your certificate is issued on the day, as soon as your trainer confirms you have passed. After that, our team is on hand by email and phone as you start practising.
